             Vendor"

Step 4:  Registration is only complete upon receipt of payment.
Step 5:  Read the "Sale Day Tips and Information for all Mom-to-Mom Vendors" for set up and  
             take down times and procedures, as well as a list of items to bring and things to do in   
             preparation to the sale.  
Step 6:  Complete the
Items for Sale Form at the bottom of the page with a detailed list of         
             items that you will be selling at the sale.  The list is added to the website
only once so
               generally lists are not requested or posted until about a month before the sale.

Early Bird Registrations:  You are guaranteed a spot at the sale and you will be able
to
select your table location.  

Late Bird Registrants:  Fees may go up or special offers may not be available. You will  
assigned a table location.  

Refunds
Table fees are used to help cover the cost of the facility rental, caretaking, facility utilities,
processing fees, insurance and advertising.  These costs must be covered before the
sale date, therefore, there will be
no refunds on table rental/spot fees unless the event
is cancelled by Mom-to-Mom.  I will gladly refund your money if I cancel the event in some
unforeseen circumstance.  

New Policy**  In general, there are no refunds.   However, if you find that you cannot
attend the sale, I do like to try and accommodate where I can.  I will try to find you a
replacement from the waiting list.  If your spot can be filled no later than 14 days before
the sale, you will be refunded your payment less a $15 administrative fee.  Refunds will
ONLY be sent via PayPal.  There are no guarantees that a replacement will be found for
you so you must be prepared to lose your fee if you opt out.   If your spot cannot be filled
before the 14 day mark, you will forfeit your payment.  You may refer replacements to me
and if there is no one on the waiting list, they may fill your spot, the administrative fee will
still apply, no exceptions.

Details
You will be contacted with further details regarding set up and take down procedures
about a month before the sale date.  You will fill in an e-check in form, a list of items for
sale form and get any last minute important information.  It is important that you add
maurita@momtomomsales.org to your contact list to ensure that you get emails directed
at vendors.
